Q1. How do you price/quote my project?
Because every project is different, pricing depends on the level of preparation, number of coats required, surface condition, and the finish you want to achieve. Even the same project can vary significantly in cost depending on how much repair work is needed and how detailed or premium the final result needs to be.
We will do our best to tailor to your needs, purpose and budget.
Q2 Do you offer free quotes and how long do they take?
Yes. We aim to provide free inspections within 48 hours of being contacted. In most cases, a detailed quote document will be prepared and sent by the next business day via the client’s preferred method of communication.
Q3 How long will my painting project take?
Project time depends on the size of the job and weather (for exterior works). We’ll give you a timeframe during the inspection and keep you updated if any changes arise.
Q4 Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a contractor's license issued by Building Commission NSW, allowing us to legally take on jobs bigger than $5000. And we hold a public liability insurance with CHUBB that covers up to $20 million in potential damages.
Q5 What types/brands of paint do you use?
We use high-quality paints from reputable brands, selected based on your needs (durability, finish, VOC level etc.). If you have specific paint preferences or eco-friendly requests, we’re happy to accommodate them.
Q6 What preparation should I do before painting starts?
We protect floors, furniture and fixtures, but we ask clients to remove small items and valuables from the work area. For exterior work, clear access around the walls helps us get started quickly.
Q7 Can I stay home while you’re painting?
Yes — you’re welcome to be home while we work. We’re respectful, tidy, and maintain a professional work environment. If you prefer to be away during certain stages, just let us know.
Q8 Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
Yes. We offer 1-year worksman warranty from the completion of the project. Detailed terms and conditions are attached to quotation document that you will receive from us.
Q9 What if I have questions during the project?
Communication is part of our service. You’ll have a primary contact to reach with questions — we check in regularly and are always responsive if anything comes up.
